Our Policy
We at ArtworksofEgypt.com guarantee the authenticity and
beauty of the art we sell and the satisfaction of those who
buy it.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the art you
purchase, you may return it either for a full refund of the
purchase price (less shipping and handling) or a replacement
item of equal value (for which you will be billed shipping
and handling for delivery) within ten (10) days of receipt
of the merchandise. Simply contact
us via email
to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for
the return. Once we receive the merchandise and ensure that
it can be restocked for resale, we will gladly refund your
money or replace the item per your request.
ArtworksofEgypt.com reserves the right to make the final
determination as to the ability of the item(s) to be restocked
for resale. If we determine that returned item(s) are unable
to be resold due to damage incurred during a period of time
not proven to be during that period of time the merchandise
was in the possession of the shipping company, we will be
unable to refund any money or replace the item(s). Thus, it
is imperative that the customer inspect the packaging, and
the merchandise within, for damage when it is received, and,
should the packaging or merchandise be damaged on arrival
at the address to which the item was shipped, the customer
obtain documentation from the shipping company of the damage.
This documentation must be included with the item(s) when
they are returned to ArtworksofEgypt.com. If such documentation
is not included, we will be forced to conclude that the damage
to the merchandise occurred during that period of time when
it was possessed by the customer and no refund or replacement
will be offered by ArtworksofEgypt.com.
Furthermore, when returning items for reasons other than
damage on initial shipment, the item(s) must be packaged in
the same manner as when initially shipped to the customer
by ArtworksofEgypt.com. If returned items are received by
ArtworksofEgypt.com and it is determined that the item(s)
cannot be resold due to damage incurred to the items secondary
to packaging deemed by ArtworksofEgypt.com to be inadequate
for the protection of said item(s) during shipment, no refund
or replacement item(s) will be offered by ArtworksofEgypt.com.
In addition, the items shipped for return must be shipped
by the same shipping company used when the item(s) were initially
shipped to the customer by ArtworksofEgypt.com. We cannot
be held responsible for the inability of substandard shipping
companies to protect the merchandise being returned regardless
of the packaging of the item(s), and therefore will not be
able to refund or replace items returned to ArtworksofEgypt.com
by methods other than those used by ArtworksofEgypt.com to
ship the item(s) to the customer.
